Good progress in Frankfurt

The development of our project at Nesenstraße 3 in Frankfurt am Main continues to move forward. Demand remains encouragingly high: 40% of the residential units have already been successfully registered.

Significant progress is also visible on the construction site. Timber framing work is moving forward on the new addition, while interior finishing in the existing building is increasingly taking shape. The overall project continues to develop steadily. Completion is scheduled for late 2026.
