To implement our 2026 acquisition strategy, we are actively seeking suitable opportunities:
- Regions: Urban areas and medium-sized and large cities in German-speaking Switzerland (focus on ZH, ZG, LU, NW, SZ, AG).
- Property Type & Use: Land parcels and real estate with development potential in the “residential” sector, as well as residential-like uses (student housing, serviced apartments, and senior living).
- Volume & Size: Investment volume of CHF 5 to 100 million for land parcels with a gross floor area (GFA) of 2,000 m² or more.
- Characteristics: Mid-range to very good residential locations (sales prices > CHF 10,000/m²). We also evaluate properties that require refinancing or restructuring solutions.
- Structure: Asset or share deals, as well as joint ventures with owners or developers.
